Yes. As a sole proprietor (persona física) with an active RFC, you can contract our services. You need the Tax Status Certificate, proof of address (business and personal), valid government ID, a positive Tax Compliance Opinion, and three business references. The process is the same as for a corporation — only the documents differ.

In most cases, we approve the application on the same business day we receive a complete file. The maximum turnaround is 24 business hours. Once approved, we coordinate equipment installation within an additional 24–48 business hours.

Yes, we accept good-quality PDFs. You can email them to ventas@intelioffice.info or share the file via WhatsApp. There is no need to visit our offices to deliver paper documents.

We do not require a cash deposit. The credit approval process plus the contract and promissory note signature serve as the main guarantee. In special cases (remote projects, high volumes, or particular credit conditions), an additional guarantee may be required — but you will always be notified before we proceed.

Documents such as the Tax Status Certificate and Tax Compliance Opinion must be current at the time of application. If any is expired, simply update it at the SAT and resend it. The process may pause until we receive the updated document, but your application will not be cancelled.
