In compliance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares — LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, InteliOffice makes this Privacy Policy available to you to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

1. Data Controller Identity and Address

2. Personal Data We Collect

To carry out the purposes described in this policy, InteliOffice may collect the following personal data:

  • Identification data: full name, company name, tax ID (RFC).

  • Billing data: tax ID (RFC), registered tax address, tax regime.
  • Service usage data: type of equipment rented, print volume, contract duration.

InteliOffice does not collect sensitive personal data (biometric data, health information, religious beliefs or sexual preference) through its website or in its standard contracting process.

3. Purposes of Data Processing

Your personal data will be used for the following primary purposes (necessary for the contractual relationship):

  • Providing the copier and multifunction printer rental services you request.
  • Drafting, managing and following up on lease agreements.
  • Providing technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance during the contract term.
  • Issuing invoices and complying with tax obligations.
  • Managing payments, renewals and contract settlements.

On a secondary basis (subject to your consent), your data may also be used for:

5. Your ARCO Rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO Rights under Mexican law). To exercise them, send a request to ventas@intelioffice.info including:

  • Your full name and a copy of a valid government-issued ID.
  • A clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
  • Any document that helps identify your data in our records.

InteliOffice will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt. If the request is approved, changes will be made effective within the following 15 business days.

InteliOffice reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any significant changes will be announced on the website rentadecopiadorasmexico.com.mx and, when possible, notified by email to active clients. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.

10. Data Protection Authority

If you believe your personal data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) at www.inai.org.mx.
