Do you offer technical support for equipment I already own (not rented from you)?

Yes. We offer preventive maintenance policies and per-event service for equipment of any brand (Canon, Sharp, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Ricoh, Lexmark). The service includes periodic inspection, internal cleaning, parts replacement, and failure response.

How quickly do you respond to a technical failure?

We guarantee on-site technical response in under 4 business hours for clients with a rental contract or maintenance policy. For critical emergencies (notary offices at month-end, events with fixed dates), we prioritize the service. If the equipment cannot be repaired on-site, we deliver a substitute unit the same day.

Yes. If your print volume increases or decreases, we adjust your plan without penalties. If you need a faster machine or one with more features (such as A3 or color printing), we make the change at the next scheduled service visit. Flexibility is part of our standard service.
