Our multifunction equipment features modern technology for printing, copying and scanning. We work with Sharp, Canon, and Konica Minolta brands. Our plans can include solutions such as: print control manager, cloud content and document manager, and mobile printing and scanning.

Each device records the number of copies, prints and scans performed. At the end of each month the count is taken and the processed volume is calculated to verify that the contracted plan matches the actual usage. The monthly invoice is 100% tax-deductible as an operating expense.
We offer flexible plans: rental by day or week for events and short projects, and contracts of 6, 12 or 24 months for offices with permanent needs. Long-term plans include toner, spare parts and technical service at no extra charge.
According to the chosen package, copies, prints and scans are included, plus: shipping, installation and user training; spare parts and consumables (except paper); unlimited technical service and support with a response time of less than 24 hours. Paper is the only thing you need to provide.
Once the application is approved and the contract signed, installation takes 24 to 48 business hours within Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area. The technician delivers the equipment, connects it to your network, installs drivers on your computers, and provides a brief user training session — all in a single visit.
We work with Sharp, Canon imageRUNNER, and Konica Minolta bizhub — the three reference brands in the enterprise market. Based on your volume, paper size (letter, legal, tabloid A3), and whether you need color, we recommend the most suitable model. We do not work with used or remanufactured equipment.
Corrective maintenance is included at no extra cost. We send a certified technician within 4 business hours. If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, we deliver a substitute unit the same day so you never lose production. You are never left without a functioning machine.
Contracts for 6, 12, or 24 months include a committed term. If you need to cancel early due to force majeure, we evaluate the case individually. For short-term rentals (by day or week for events), there is no mandatory term. We always explain everything clearly before you sign any document.
