The InteliOffice brand has operated since 2015, specialized in leasing multifunction equipment, as well as professional printing and document digitization services for companies in Mexico City (CDMX) and the State of Mexico.

Our multifunction equipment features modern technology for printing, copying and scanning. We work with Sharp, Canon, and Konica Minolta brands. Our plans can include solutions such as: print control manager, cloud content and document manager, and mobile printing and scanning.

Our advisors evaluate your company's needs based on industry, number of users and monthly print volume. With that information, we propose a suitable solution (equipment and plan) for your operation. You can also use our online interactive selector to get an immediate recommendation.

Each device records the number of copies, prints and scans performed. At the end of each month the count is taken and the processed volume is calculated to verify that the contracted plan matches the actual usage. The monthly invoice is 100% tax-deductible as an operating expense.

We offer flexible plans: rental by day or week for events and short projects, and contracts of 6, 12 or 24 months for offices with permanent needs. Long-term plans include toner, spare parts and technical service at no extra charge.

According to the chosen package, copies, prints and scans are included, plus: shipping, installation and user training; spare parts and consumables (except paper); unlimited technical service and support with same-business-day response (under 8 business hours). Paper is the only thing you need to provide.

Once the application is approved and the contract signed, installation takes 24 to 48 business hours within Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area. The technician delivers the equipment, connects it to your network, installs drivers on your computers, and provides a brief user training session — all in a single visit.

We work with Sharp, Canon imageRUNNER, and Konica Minolta bizhub — the three reference brands in the enterprise market. Based on your volume, paper size (letter, legal, tabloid A3), and whether you need color, we recommend the most suitable model. We do not work with used or remanufactured equipment.

Corrective maintenance is included at no extra cost. We send a certified technician within 8 business hours. If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, we deliver a substitute unit the same day so you never lose production. You are never left without a functioning machine.

Contracts for 6, 12, or 24 months include a committed term. If you need to cancel early due to force majeure, we evaluate the case individually. For short-term rentals (by day or week for events), there is no mandatory term. We always explain everything clearly before you sign any document.

Multifunction rental plans start from $1,800 MXN per month and include toner, spare parts, installation, and technical service; you only supply the paper. The final price depends on the equipment (black & white or color), the monthly print volume, and the term. We send an exact quote via WhatsApp with no commitment.

For most companies, renting is better. Buying ties up between $35,000 and $150,000 MXN of capital and is only ~60% tax deductible amortized over 8 years, while renting is 100% deductible every month and includes toner, spare parts, and technical service. Buying only makes sense if your volume is very high, stable for years, and you have an in-house technician.

We serve all of Mexico City and the State of Mexico (Greater Mexico City metropolitan area) with delivery, installation, and on-site technical support with a response time under 8 business hours. For construction and job-site projects we offer nationwide coverage, bringing the equipment with satellite internet to any state in the country.

Yes. We offer flexible rental by day or week, ideal for conferences, expos, training sessions, and short projects. It includes delivery, installation, and pickup of the equipment when you finish, with no mandatory term. Request it in advance via WhatsApp and we coordinate it around your event dates.

For companies we usually request the representative's ID, proof of tax address, the Tax Status Certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal), and the signed contract. The process is fast and, once approved, we install the equipment within 24 to 48 business hours. For event rentals by day or week the requirements are even simpler.
